Get to Know the Owner - Kymberly Keniston-Pond

Kymberly Keniston-Pond

Kymberly started reflexology training in Spartanburg, South Carolina, in 1989. While there, she worked as an apprentice side by side with an established reflexologist, Lee Machen.

Then, a huge, unexpected changed happened in her life and she chose to move to St. Petersburg, Florida. It was there that she took time to give attention to the artist within herself. She was privileged to mentor artists with disabilities in St. Petersburg with the Creative Clay Cultural Arts Organization for four years. While helping this organization, she found her "heart" in art!

In 2007, Kymberly married and moved to Colonial Heights, Virginia, though she immensely missed working with persons with disabilities. She came to realize that this beautiful population needs not only art enrichment, but also health alternatives to address their unique needs, as they are so valuable to our communities. With this realization, she returned to reflexology and married it with aromatherapy. During this process, she also became the development of her organic skin care line, Earthen BeautyTM, for organically fed skin.

Kymberly is privileged to hold four reflexology certifications, three aromatherapy certifications, one TCGI grant writing certification, and one certification for supporting adults with ASDs. She also has three diplomas from the Sorensen Institute for Facial Reflexology. These include hormonal and infertility reflexology and Japanese Cosmo Face-Lift.

Kymberly received her Clinical Master certification in February 2011, along with her Teaching Certification from Aromahead Institute in Sarasota, Florida, in 2012. She continues her education yearly for both reflexology and aromatherapy.

In 2009 and 2010, Kymberly was a presenter for the Virginia Community Colleges Association's annual concurrent session in Roanoke and Portsmouth, Virginia. In May 2010, she was a presenter for Therapeutic Recreation. Additionally, she has held a Nurturing Women's Workshop that concentrated in breast and ovarian health. Currently, she has just completed "Create Your Own Skincare" class, taking the final test for Certification on Boutique Skincare creations, and helping women, one-on-one, with their individual skin care needs!

She also is the best selling author of Essential Oils for Health and Essential Oils 101. Learn more about her books under
